After placing an order, you’ll be guided to a participating retail location for a 3D scan of your feet. That scan captures shape, volume, and asymmetry, which is then used to design footwear specifically for you. Once complete, your custom footwear is manufactured and shipped directly to you.

Yes. Foot scan data is captured securely and used only to design your custom footwear. Neotrek does not sell or share scan data, and it is stored according to strict privacy standards.
