Whether you're choosing our Truer-Fit™ socks, compression socks, or custom-fit sandals, this guide will help you select the right size and keep your products performing at their best.
Important for Partial-Foot and Transmetatarsal Amputees
Neotrek socks are sold in pairs and are designed to accommodate different foot anatomies. When selecting your size, choose the size you would normally wear if you had two standard feet.
Do not size down based on the length of your residual foot. Instead, use your typical shoe size as your sizing reference.
When ordering, be sure to select the sock pair configuration that best matches your anatomy and needs.

Fit Tips
- Standard socks: If you're between sizes, size down for a snugger fit or size up for a more relaxed feel.
- Compression socks: Follow your normal shoe size as closely as possible to achieve the intended compression level and support.
- Partial-foot and transmet wearers: Always size based on your normal shoe size, not the length of your residual foot.
Care & Washing Instructions
Socks
Our socks are made with premium REPREVE® polyester fibers (from recycled water bottles), nylon, and spandex for performance, comfort, and sustainability.
To keep them in peak condition:
- Machine wash cold with like colors.
- Avoid bleach or fabric softeners, which can damage fibers and reduce compression.
- Tumble dry low or air dry for the longest life.
- Do not iron or dry clean.
Pro tip: Turn socks inside out before washing to help maintain softness, color, and performance over time.
Sandals
Our custom-fit sandals feature premium nylon rigging webbing and an EVA foam comfort top for durability, support, and all-day ease.
To keep them adventure-ready:
- Rinse with fresh water after exposure to salt water, chlorine, or heavy dirt.
- Use a mild soap and a soft brush or cloth to spot-clean straps and footbed.
- Air dry away from direct sunlight or high heat to preserve materials and shape.
- Avoid machine washing, submerging for long periods, or leaving in a hot car.
Pro tip: Store sandals flat or hanging to help maintain their custom-fit shape.
